After hitting five home runs Tuesday night, the Phillies flexed their muscles again Wednesday night. Jayson Werth and Pedro Feliz hit back to back home runs in the eight inning to break a 4-4 tie, and propel Philadelphia to a 6-5 win over the Nationals in Washington.
Cliff Lee pitched seven innings, giving up four earned runs on ten hits, while picking up the victory. Ryan Madson got the save.
The Phillies have won the first two games of the series and go for the sweep tonight.
