The NFL Draft is exactly two weeks away, and things are beginning to heat up in a big way. Rumors are flying everywhere, and the first trade of the draft has already been agreed to. Earlier this morning, the Los Angeles Rams and Tennessee Titans agreed to a deal that would send the Rams up to the top pick in the draft, while the Titans drop back to 15th overall, while picking up an addition first rounder in 2017, a pair of second round picks this year, and a third round pick in both the 2016 and 2017 draft. With the draft being turned on its’ proverbial head, so has my mock draft. Due to that fact, I am here to do my third (and final!) NFL Mock Draft. Let’s get right down to business..

1.) Los Angeles Rams (via Tennessee Titans)- Jared Goff [QB/California]

Not even 12 hours after Kobe Bryant’s retirement game went final, the Rams stunned us all by making this move. Depending on who you listen to, it’s either Goff or Wentz going to L.A. After thinking about it, my money is on the Rams taking the homegrown talent.

2.) Cleveland Browns- Carson Wentz (QB/North Dakota State)

With ten days remaining until all eyes are on Chicago, this will be my second and final NFL Mock Draft. Between the time of my first mock, and the publishing of this one, I have gone over a lot of aspects that go into draft selections.  I have micro-analyzed pretty much every aspect of every team in the draft. There have been some significant changes made to this version.

#1- Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jameis Winston (QB/Florida State)

I still believe that Winston is the best option for the Bucs here. His athleticism is extraordinary, and if he can overcome his off-field immaturity, Winston will be a force in the NFL.

#2- Tennessee Titans: Leonard Williams (DT/USC)

NFL Mock Draft

The first wave of insanity is in the books, as NFL Free Agency is well underway. With that said, we c!  The one time of year, where even the most ridiculous rumors, could seem plausible. As April draws closer, th th (2)e rumors will continue to fly like crazy. This years draft class isn’t necessarily the deepest, but it’s also far from the weakest. From offensive enigmas like Marcus Mariota, and Kevin White to defensive standouts such as Donte Fowler Jr, and Leonard Williams, this draft has its’ fair share of talent. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers  possess the 1st overall pick, and have officially been on the clock since the closing seconds of week 17. The burning question among “experts” is who will be selected with the No.1 pick. For the first time in a handful of years, there doesn’t seem to be a clear-cut, locked in selection for 1st overall. That fact alone should provide some interesting drama leading up to 8:00 PM on April 30th. Now that we’ve summed up the situation here, let’s move on to the “meat and potatoes” if you will.  This is my post-NFL Free Agency mock draft. Without any further hesitation, let’s get down to business.

#1- Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jameis Winston (QB/Florida State)

There are a number of possible options here for Lovie Smith & Co, but I feel that the Bucs settle on selecting Winston, primarily due to their desperate need for a starting QB. Tampa Bay has gone through a carousel of QBs since Brad Johnson won the Lombardi Trophy back in 2002. QBs like Brian Griese, Josh Freeman, and Josh McCown have all led the Bucs to season after season of mediocrity. Winston has the athletic talent to instantly upgrade, but he also brings on his fair share of off-field baggage.  Tampa Bay’s willingness to accept that baggage, will play a major part in determining this selection.
