Well, Football season is underway for 2021 and the Eagles stand a chance to win the division in the weak NFC East Division. Jalen Hurts and the Offense looked good in the week one win over the Falcons for a 1-0 start. The right start for the New Head Coach and hopes of continued success. TalkSportsPhilly and particularly myself hold the season prediction as 9-7 with strong chance at Division Title. Maybe a bit optimistic but the Eagles seem to have a little more in them than first thought, Lets See!!
Below is the Eagles Schedule for the 2021 Season:

TSP has been watching from the sidelines for most of 2020 as the world fights off the worst pandemic in a century. Especially hit hard are the Sports and Entertainment worlds, as they count on Social gathering and crowds to flourish. Most of us are left wondering what will happen to sports for the next year and sports and entertainment in general. There may have to be a paradigm shift in the way we approach Sports in order to adapt to conditions on the ground and overcome the obstacles that the Corona-virus has created.
This brings us to the point of this article, the Eagles 2020 season and the schedule. TSP believes there will be a season and it can be managed safely even if the crowd aspect is diminished. As with anything there is risk involved and should conditions warrant an adjustment during the season, then the NFL and Players have to be willing and able to do so. Petty bickering over contracts and money between billionaires and millionaires just isn’t gonna fly during a pandemic where people are losing everything and wondering what they will do to survive. Being sore winners in not a good look to the peasants.
With all that said, below is a graphic of the Eagles 2020 Schedule and TSP thinks it’s going to be a tough one. I’m gonna go with a 10-6 or 9-7 record with the Division Title and hope for better if possible.

There is no denying that this offseason by the Eagles has been an offseason for the ages. It all started way back in December with a feud in the Eagles front office that looked like it would have to be settled in a triple-threat cage match between Chip Kelly, Howie Roseman, and Tom Gamble with Jeffery Lurie as special guest referee. That feud ended on January 3rd with Jeffery Lurie raising Chip Kelly’s hand in the center of the ring and handing him the keys to the Eagles front office by giving him full control of player personnel.
After that happened the transactions began to come at us in a hurry.
I would love to get into every transaction, but by now we all know the results. Nick Foles, LeSean McCoy, Todd Herremans, Trent Cole, Jeremy Maclin, Bradley Fletcher, and Cary Williams, who were all starters last season, are now gone.
Meanwhile, Kiko Alonso, DeMarco Murray, Ryan Mathews, Byron Maxwell, Walter Thurmond III, Sam Bradford, Miles Austin, and yes Tim Tebow are some of the notable names who have been brought in to replace the players above.
The offsesaon still has one more big event before we can all but wrap up most big-time transactions, and that is the NFL Draft which takes place next Thursday-Saturday. Obviously the draft could be a humongous deal for the Eagles because of a certain quarterback who the team has been rumored to acquire in every way possible. Regardless it is a big deal because of the holes that need to be filled on the team, and this is another deep draft class where the Eagles can get some really talented young players.

It was announced earlier today that the 2015-16 NFL schedule will be released tomorrow night at 8 PM ET.
The opponents that the Eagles will face are already known:
Home: Arizona Cardinals, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints, Washington Redskins, New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys
Away: Atlanta Falcons, New England Patriots, New York Jets, Detroit Lions, Carolina Panthers, Washington Redskins, New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys
The obvious for tomorrow night is to determine when those games will be played. Last year the Eagles had a very tough second half of the season playing Arizona, Green Bay, Dallas (twice), and Seattle all after the bye, including finishing out the season with two consecutive road games, so it will be interesting to see what hand the NFL deals the Eagles this season.

With the Football season about to begin and the Eagles with a new coach and new system this year, one question comes to mind. What will be the Eagles record this season under Chip Kelly? Vick has been named starting QB and the Eagles have a rough start to the schedule with 3 games in 11 days and 4 out of the first 6 games on the road.
So give us your prediction on what the Eagles record will be.
